After the urgent challenges have been tackled, a Long-term Action Plan would be developed to include remediation objectives and strategy, a closure sampling plan, and reporting services. To help document incidents and answer any questions that may arise long after the remediation is complete, weekly, monthly, or final reports include daily details of the remediation, sample analysis, maps, federal, state, and local correspondence, as well as project status.
